As for last weeks Letter to the Editor I can’t believe he brings up should be arrested or charged with election fraud or insurrection. Really, what would that do? There’s 1500 now walking the streets – one. On another subject, Trump is cutting all these agencies, he’s going to save taxpayers all this money yet he attended the Super Bowl. ONLY PRESIDENT TO EVER DO SO! They said extra security alone was going to cost 40 million dollars. But it’s all about me baby. Show time. Taxpayer money no problem. And as for people not wantingMusk president, don’t worry if Musk starts getting too much attention he will be gone. Trump wants to be the one getting all the attention. Have you ever seen so many judges blocking his elective orders. What does that tell you?

Healthy food, healthy people! Where do we find it?
“Most people know sugar is not good, but they would rather ignore that, or they aren’t aware of how prevalent it is in processed food. Sometimes people don’t know how to replace sugary food with healthier options, or they feel like it is too large of a task to tackle” Garden Friend
“You are probably eating and drinking more sugar than you realize. That’s because it’s added to so many foods and beverages. Added sugar contributes calories but not nutrients.…All sugar, whether natural or processed, is a type of simple carbohydrate your body uses for energy. Fruits, vegetables and dairy foods naturally contain sugar.”

Healthline, 2005-2022 compares soda and fruit juice.
“Both soda and 100%fruit juice pack around 110 calories and 20-26 grams of sugar per cup. …Research consistently shows a link between sugary drinks and a higher risk of illness. . . .Still, soda is likely harmful to your health, regardless of the amount you consume, whereas fruit juice may only increase your risk of disease when drank in large amounts.”
Yes: Healthy people get sick. However eating correctly cuts the possibility of problems in our health.
Now it is time it to give your diet a make-over. What should I do?
Check the labels of your food purchases, noting the amount of sugar in the item. Consider the refreshments first and think of a cool drink of water to satisfy your desire. Also consider all the boxed, packaged, and canned foods.
