Notice is hereby given by:
The Harold G. Wahlquist Revocable Trust, Eden Prairie, Minnesota; Harold G. Wahlquist, Jr., Eden Prairie, Minnesota; Katherine M. Wahlquist, St. Louis Park, Minnesota; each individually and as co-trustee of the Harold G. Wahlquist Revocable Trust; Charles P. Wahlquist, West End, North Carolina; and Andrew C. Wahlquist, Plymouth, Minnesota; all to join the Wahlquist Family Group, a family group acting in concert.
To retain 25% or more of the shares of:
MidWest Bancorporation, Inc.
Eden Prairie, Minnesota
which controls a subsidiary bank named:
Star Bank
Maple Lake, Minnesota
The Commissioner of Commerce, State of Minnesota, pursuant to Minn. Stat. sec. 46.048, accepted this notification for filing on April 4, 2025.
Public comment will be accepted on the application for a period of not less than 21 days from April 9, 2025, the date of publication. Written comments should be addressed to:
