PROPOSED VACATION OF ROAD AND ALLEY EASEMENT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN, regarding a proposed vacation of the easements for road and alley purposes, contained in a recorded deed filed with the Wright County Recorder’s Office on September 25, 2013 as Document No. A1248321, that encumber the real property identified as Wright County PID 110500072100. Said easement segments are being vacated and replaced with alternative dedicated easements as part of the platting of JR Estates. The materials related to this matter, including a copy of the city easement proposed to be vacated and the plat of JR Estates, are available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours. Any person wishing to express an opinion on the proposed vacation will be heard, and thereafter the Maple Lake City Council may formally act on said vacation.
