ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02
The City Council of the City of Maple Lake has adopted Ordinance 2026-02, titled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE MAPLE LAKE CITY CODE RELATED TO LICENSING AND REGULATION OF MASSAGE BUSINESSES AND SERVICES.” The purpose of this ordinance is to provide an exception to the massage licensing code for acupuncture practitioners, consistent with other exceptions under the code for medical professionals for which state law generally regulates. The full text of the ordinance is available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours.
