On Tuesday, April 21st, the Rachel's Challenge group in the Maple Lake High School participated in the We Are Silent campaign as part of the We Act. Rachel's Challenge first heard about this day in November at We Day and were excited to take the challenge. Students chose to be silent throughout the whole school day for different causes, ranging from sexual abuse, domestic assault, or the 31 million girls that don't get an opportunity to get an education, to many others. The point of the activity is to be silent in support of those that don't get a voice on a daily basis.
