Students from Maple Lake Elementary School and St. Timothy Catholic School were ready to cut loose, Wednesday, Nov. 23, the day before the long, four-day Thanksgiving break, at the annual Thanksgiving Dance.
Fueled by sugar and friends; students danced for two hours at the Maple Lake American Legion before their parents came to pick them up. Besides dancing, the kids enjoyed pizza, face painting, games, pop, and candy. Students come together from both schools to enjoy the frivolity every year. The event is sponsored by the Maple Lake American Legion.
