Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN, regarding a proposed 33-acre subdivision to include single family lots, apartments and a City park. Said property is located directly South of 4th Street and West of Oak Avenue S. in Maple Lake (Wright County PID 110500072100). Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make recommendations to the City Council regarding the Land Use Plan Amendment, Zoning Change, Planned Use Development (PUD) and Preliminary Plat. An additional hearing will also be held immediately following any recommendations regarding the same subject matter and the Final Plat.The materials related to this matter are available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours. Any person wishing to express an opinion on the proposed subdivision will be heard, and thereafter the Maple Lake City Council may formally act on said Land Use Plan, Zoning Change, Planned Use Development and Preliminary and Final Plats at the request of the developer.
