ASSESSMENT NOTICE
MAPLE LAKE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Maple Lake of Wright County, Minnesota, has been changed to an OPEN BOOK Meeting at the Wright County Government Center, 3650 Braddock Ave NE, Ste #1700, Buffalo MN 55313 from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, the 6th – 30th day of April, 2026. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns or attend the OPEN BOOK meeting. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the County Board of Appeal and Equalization by appointment 763-682-7367. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed.
The County Board of Appeal and Equalization will be held on June 15, 2026, from 4pm to 7pm. You must sign up to appeal by June 8, 2026.
