Dianne E. Scanlon, Buffalo

Dianne E. Scanlon, age 73, of Buffalo, died Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the St. Cloud Hospital due to complications of COVID-19.

Graveside Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery, Maple Lake with Fr. John Meyer officiating. Family requests that masks be worn. Please bring a chair and dress for the weather. The service will be live-streamed on the funeral home website.

Dianne Elizabeth Scanlon was born November 20, 1947 to Harold and Dorothy (Ferrell) Scanlon. Dianne grew up in Maple Lake, where she attended school. Dianne worked as a sales manager for Home Interiors. She enjoyed tending to her gardens and loved her dogs.

Dianne is survived by her children, Jody Myers of Buffalo, Robert (Amy) Strong of Annandale, Daniel (Eva) Kotilinek of Albertville, Brian (Teri) Kotilinek of Shakopee, Christopher Strong of Winsted, and Michael Strong of Buffalo; grandchildren, Amber Lengyel, Kenya Reinboldt, Gabe, Camilla and Ella Kotilinek, Britney and Kara Kotilinek, Emily, Cody and Ava Strong, Savannah and Marissa Strong; step-grandchildren, Isaiah and Taylor Hansen, and Dylan Bigelow; siblings, Rosemary Bakker of Bloomington, Janice (Gene) Kuhlman of Buffalo, and Mike Scanlon of Buffalo; and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Dorothy Scanlon; brothers, Keith, Clyde and Daryl Scanlon; sisters, Shirley Starry and Jackie Wurm; and daughter, Missy Kotilinek.
