Irish gear up for Homecoming

Maple Lake High School’s Homecoming festivities kick off next week on Sunday, Oct. 3, with Powder Puff Football and HeMan Volleyball. On Monday, Oct. 4 students will show off their class floats in the annual Homecoming Parade down Division Street. Line up starts at 6 p.m. at the city park with the parade starting at 6:30. The coronation of the Homecoming King and Queen takes place at 7:15 p.m. that same night in the high school auditorium followed by a bonfire and activities on the ball fields near the playground until 9 p.m.
