The Wright County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating the man who robbed the American Heritage Bank in Clearwater early this week.
According to Sheriff’s Office, the suspect is described as a black male with longer hair. A video showed the man dressed in all black clothing, sunglasses, and a red medical mask. The man implied he had a weapon and was able to walk off with an undisclosed amount of cash. He reportedly fled in a two-door black car.
The Sheriff’s Office got the call at approximately 1:44 p.m., Monday, Aug. 22. When deputies arrived, the suspect had already fled the scene and they were unable to locate him.
