NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER VACATION
OF A PORTION OF 97TH STREET NW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors of Silver Creek Township will conduct a public hearing on the 16th day of August, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Silver Creek Town Hall to consider the vacation of a portion of 97th Street NW legally described below:
That part of Township Road T-197 of SILVER CREEK TOWN ROAD MAP, according to the recorded map thereof, being part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter and part of Government Lot 1, all in Section 14, Township 121, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota (road order states only being part of part of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 14, Township 121, Range 26, Wright County) that lies west of the East 33 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and lies west of the East 33 feet of said Government Lot 1 described on said SILVER CREEK TOWN ROAD MAP as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 1°53’12” East along the east line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 1312.86 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence North 89°40’28” East a distance of 99.09 feet; thence 899.99 feet westerly along a tangential curve, concave southerly, having a radius of 101,109.53 feet, and a central angle of 0°30’36”; thence North 89°09’52” West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 107.34 feet; thence 499.99 feet westerly along a tangential curve, concave northerly, having a radius of 31,110.16 feet and a central angle of 0°55’15”; thence 177.82 feet westerly, and northwesterly along a compound curve, having a radius of 139.87 feet and a central angle of 72°50’30”; thence North 17°09’23” West, tan¬gent to said compound curve; a distance of 114.19 feet and said centerline there terminating.
Notice has been sent to all affected property owners. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed easement vacation will be heard at this meeting.
