NOTICE OF
IMPROVEMENT HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Corinna Township will meet at the Corinna Town Hall at 9801 Ireland Avenue N.W., Annandale, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. on January 17, 2023, to consider paving the following portions of roads in Corinna Township, Minnesota: • 98th Ave NW: County Road 24 to the tee at Jeske Ave NW • Jeske Ave NW: House Number 9995 to House Number 9509 (North to South) ending at the North side at 9995 with a cul-de-sac • 97th Ave NW: The tee at Keats Ave NW to tee at Jeske Ave NW • 96th Ave NW: Intersection at Jeske Ave NW to House Number 9398
All such improvements are proposed to be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement consists of all lots that access directly onto one of the roads described above or which use one of the roads described above to access a road or private drive which provides access to property. The estimated cost of the improvement is $223,265.17. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
