Vs. Melrose

“This was such a fun meet for both JV and Varsity. The energy and positivity the girls brought to the gym was great. This helped contribute to many personal and season bests,” Coach Kaitlyn Helmbrecht said.

Highlights included Addison Kramer’s vault that earned her an 8.5; on the bars Joanna Hall continued to increase her difficulty to prepare for sections; on the beam, Kelsi Jude stuck first routine and scored her first 9.0 of the season and rounding off the evening, Avery Como performed a round-off-back-handspring for the first time in competition.

Along with her 9.0 on the balance beam, Jude finished the vault with an 8.3; the uneven bars with a 7.8 and her floor routine with an 8.8 for a 33.9 all-around score.

In addition to her 8.5 on the vault, Kramer scored a 7.875 on the bars, a 7.75 on the beam and  an 8.35 on the floor for a 32.475 all around.
