The City of Monticello began work on County Highway 75 (Broadway West) between State Highway 25 and Otter Creek on Monday, August 21, according to the Wright County Highway Department. The work includes a road closure and detour of County Hwy. 75 (Broadway West) between State Hwy. 25 and Locust Street. The anticipated duration of the work is eight weeks. The work is part of Monticello’s extensive downtown roadway and pedestrian improvement project and includes pavement preservation from State Highway 25 to Otter Creek.
