It was standing room only at a Maple Lake High School 9-12 grade band concert earlier this month. Both the jazz and concert bands put on a show in the high school auditorium on Dec. 14. The Jazz band kicked things off with a song called “Revenge of the Chilli Pepper” featuring soloist Bri Beneke.
The Jazz band also performed “Come Fly with Me,” and “In the Mood.”
The concert band performed “Appalachian Spring,” “Enchanted Spaces,” “Variations on a Korean Folk Song” and “Choose Joy.”
