ANIMAL CONTROL
ORDINANCE
The Town Board of Maple Lake Township, on _June 17th_, 2025, adopted an ordinance entitled “Ordinance Prohibiting Dogs From Running at Large and Prohibiting Habitual Barking.” The ordinance prohibits dogs from barking habitually, prohibits dogs from running at large, authorizes the Township to impound dogs running at large and provides that a violation of the ordinance is a misdemeanor.
