PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR INSURANCE
Request for Proposals (RFP’s) will be received in accordance with plans and specifications prepared for Maple Lake Public Schools ISD #881 for the following benefits:
Group Health and Welfare Benefits insurance coverage for January 1st, 2026 Proposals accepted until noon on August 11, 2025 Specifications may be secured by contacting USI Insurance Services at (612) 509-2049 or by e-mail at kristi.erickson@usi.com. Failure to submit a proposal on time may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. Maple Lake Public Schools ISD #881 reserves the right to select the proposal that best meets the needs of the Maple Lake Public Schools ISD #881 pursuant to M.S. 471.6161.
