NOTICE OF HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the city council of the city of Maple Lake, Minnesota will meet in the council chambers of Maple Lake City Hall, located at 10 Maple Ave. S., Maple Lake, Minnesota 55358, at 6:00 p.m. on February 17, 2026 to consider the making of the 2026 Street Improvements Project, which consists of certain street reconstruction, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and drainage and utility improvements on 2nd St (Oak Ave to west dead end), Elm Avenue (Division Street to 1st Street), Pleasant Street (1st Street to CSAH 8), and First Street (Ash Avenue to CSAH 8) pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed includes the property that abuts and benefits from the above-described improvements. The estimated total cost of the improvements is $5,100,000 and a reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
