MEETING, ELECTION OF

OFFICERS ANDBOARD OF

CANVASS MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to

qualified voters of Albion Township,

Wright County, State of Minnesota,

that the Annual Election of Town Officers

and Annual Township Meeting

will be held on Tuesday, March 10th,

2020 at 9020 30th St NW, Annandale.

In case of inclement weather, the

election and meeting may be postponed

until March 17th, 2020.

The election poll hours will be

open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at

which time the voters will elect: one

Supervisor for a 3 year term and one

Clerk for a 2 year term.

Absentee voting begins on Friday

February 7 and ends March 9, 2020

at the Wright County Courthouse. Call

Wright County at 763-682-7692 or

763-682-7671 and ask to apply for

mail absentee ballot. The Wright

County Courthouse will also be open

for in person absentee ballots from

February 7 thru March 9, normal voting

hours are 8am to 4:30pm and on

Saturday March 7, 2020 from 10am

to 3pm.

The Annual Meeting will commence

at 8:10 pm on March 17th,

2020 to conduct all necessary business

prescribed by law.

The Board of Canvass will meet

on March 17th, 2020 after the Annual

Meeting to certify the official election

results.

the Town of Albion will conduct a public

accuracy test of its electronic voting

equipment on February 29th, 2020 at

9:00 am at the Albion Town Hall.

CHATHAM TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given: there will

be two elections held in March at

Chatham township hall. The presidential

primary will be held on Tuesday,

March 3, 2020; polls will be open

from 7 am to 8 pm. The Chatham

township board election will be on

Tuesday, March 10, 2020; polls will be

open from 10 am to 8 pm. Township

board candidates are Jim Bischoff,

for township clerk; Mark Lambert and

Randy Latzig, for supervisor.

Immediately after polls close on

the 10th, we will conduct our annual

meeting to set the levy for 2021.

Our regular monthly meeting will

be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020,

at 7 pm. Testing of voting machines

will be held on Thursday, February 27,

from 2 -4 pm.

CORINNA TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

AND ELECTION

The Corinna Township Annual

Meeting will be held on Tuesday,

March 10, 2020, 8:15 PM, at the

Corinna Township Hall, 9801 Ireland

Avenue NW, Annandale, MN. The

purpose of this meeting is for the citizens

of Corinna Township to set the

annual levy to be certified against the

property taxes for the 2021 payable

year.

The Election of Township Officers

will be held on Tuesday, March 10,

2020. The polls will be open from 10

AM to 8 PM. The Township Officer to

be elected is one (1) Supervisor for a

period of three years. The Board of

Canvass will meet immediately after

the polls close to certify the official

election results.

In case of inclement weather, the

Town Meeting and Election will be the

following Tuesday, March 17, 2020

during same hours listed above. In

case of inclement weather, the Regular

Town Board Meeting will be Thursday,

March 19, 2020, at 7:00 PM.

Absentee voting begins on Friday,

February 7 and ends March 9, 2020

– at the Wright County Courthouse.

Call Wright County at 1-800-362-

3667 and ask for Auditor/Treasurer’s

Office – Elections, to apply for mailed

absentee ballots. The Wright County

Courthouse will also be open for inperson

casting of absentee ballots

from February 7 through March 9.

Normal hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM, so

you may vote at the County Courthouse

during those hours, and on

Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 10:00

AM – 3:00 PM and on Monday, March

9, 2020 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The

Wright County offices are closed on

Monday, February 17 for Presidents’

Day.

A public accuracy test of voting

equipment for both the PNP (Presidential

Nominating Primary) Election

and the Township Election will be held

on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at

1:00 PM.

REQUEST FOR CALCIUM CHLORIDE

OR MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE

MATERIALS AND APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the

Town Board of Corinna Township,

Wright County, is soliciting sealed

bids for up to 100,000 gallons of liquid

calcium chloride or liquid magnesium

chloride. Bid price to include both

materials and application on road

widths varying 12′ to 24′. Period of

performance: End of June, 2020.

Insurance: The contractor shall

provide comprehensive general liability

insurance and coverage reasonably

required by the Township.

The Township Board reserves the

right to accept or reject any or all bids.
