TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Corinna Township Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Tuesday April 8, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM at Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Ave, Annandale to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Requests related to the construction of a second story addition over an existing attached garage. Approvals required include variances for the expansion of an existing structure approximately 59.4 and 59.8 feet from the centerline of a township road (min. 65 feet required). Requests related to the construction of a detached garage. Approvals required include variances for the construction of a 24’ x 26’ detached garage approximately 41.6 ft from the centerline of a township road (min. 65 feet required) and resulting in building coverage of approximately 15.18% (max. 15% allowed). The structure is to have a lowest floor elevation of 998.05 NGVD29 to meet the regulatory flood protection elevation with the lowest adjacent grade being approx. 995.3 NGVD29 and will result in a net reduction of impervious coverage from 26.41% to 24.54% (max. 25% allowed).
