The Maple Lake Library is becoming a cultural hub. It’s a place for art, history and literature lovers to connect and gather and best of all, it’s all local, local, local.
From the permanent archival display to the Under the Awning book signings by local authors to the seasonal art shows, the all-volunteer run library is always up to something to promote history and the arts.
This spring, volunteers are cooking up another event to get the community’s creative juices flowing. For two days only, April 25th and 26th, local amateur artists are invited to submit their best water-themed piece for the Community Art Show “Making a Splash” that will dominate the walls of the local library from May through July.
