The Wave Swim Club made history in March by claiming third place in the “A” Division at the MNSI Short Course 11-14 State Championships.
Wave advanced five swimmers to this event including individual qualifiers Brennan Jacobs, Estelle Bergs and Hadley Chapman and relay only qualifiers Paige Hiestand and Madonna Buselmeier. It took place at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center at the U of M.
Bergs finished third in the 50 Breaststroke, ninth in the 100 IM, third in the 50 Free, third in the 100 Breaststroke, fourth in the 100 free and eighth in the 200 Breaststroke.
