New principal prioritizes St. Tim pride

Jim Grogan never thought he’d be a teacher, much less in a Catholic school.

He grew up in New Jersey, went to a Catholic school and couldn’t get away quick enough.

Then at 29 years old, something changed in him. He felt called to join the Lasallian Mission Christian Brothers, an organization that focuses on educating students from kindergarten through college. That led him to a mission school in Mississippi and an experience that changed his life forever.
