County Board and GRRL report

The Great River Regional Library (GRRL) is reaching more people than ever before.

Wright County Commissioners heard about the organization’s success at its April 15 regular county board meeting when representatives of GRRL delivered their annual report.

GRRL comes to the county board twice a year to talk about the success of its 32-library system which Wright County has a strong commitment to. In fact, Wright County is one of the library’s main sources of financial support, GRRL Executive Director Karen Pundsack said. The GRRL system receives support from all six of the counties it serves – Todd, Morrison, Stearns, Benton, Sherburn and Wright – and is heavily dependent upon all of them. It also receives state funding and grants.
