PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Maple Lake City Hall, 10 Maple Ave S, Maple Lake, MN, regarding a proposed vacation of that certain 30-foot-wide drainage and utility easement, dated October 2, 1973 and filed for record with the Wright County Office of the Register of Deeds on December 10, 1973 in Book 57 of Miscellaneous, pages 472 & 473. Said easement encumbers the real property located at 4430 County Road 8 NW, Maple Lake Township, MN (Wright County PID 210000083200). The materials related to this matter, including a copy of the city easement proposed to be vacated, are available for inspection at Maple Lake City Hall during regular business hours. Any person wishing to express an opinion on the proposed vacation will be heard, and thereafter the Maple Lake City Council may formally act on said vacation on its own motion.
